Hatsune Miku - Vocaloid

The speed up drawing is the mascot Hatsune Miku for the voice synthesizing software Vocaloid 2.

The background music you're hearing is created using Vocaloid 2 and the singing is generated by inputting the lyrics. Intonation, length and pitch can be controlled. If you've heard the Card Captor Sakura's theme song before, you'll notice that Vocaloid generated singing is lacking the human touch. Here.. I'll include the original:

I don't know what tech demo this is, cos it's all in japanese. But the sounds and flashy objects are really stunning to behold. It's definitely a programming marvel.
